Your problem is not the KG-UV86 radio as it has a good amount of RF filtering, however we suggest you check your spark plug is a supressed type as this is the first thing to check when you have RF problems on a paramotor. The noise will be coming from the ignition circuit, more than likely the HT lead, coil or kill switch wires. All can be fixed by a little checking. You may also want to fit some ferrite clamps on your radio lead as these usually help.
