Order online, direct from MicroAvionics for worldwide delivery.

Importing

Our goods will be dispatched from the United Kingdom (UK). Please make sure you are allowed to import the goods into your country and that you are authorised to import goods under your name or your companies name. If you are not sure, then please contact us before ordering as we do have a world wide dealer network who may be able to supply.

Shipping Insurance

We can offer shipping insurance. Read section 10.1 of our terms & conditions before purchasing the insurance.

Sales Tax & Import Duty

VAT at 20% is charged on all UK orders, orders shipped outside of the UK are exempt from UK VAT, your order total will be automatically calculated based on your shipping address. If your ordering from outside the UK your order may be subject to Import Duty & sales tax on arrival in your country.

Incorrect & misleading information

You are fully responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all declarations and information. If asked by your countries customs for clearance information, then you must give accurate information. If you give incorrect or misleading information, then they may hold your goods. We are not responsible for your goods once they are with customs.
If you provide incorrect or misleading information (for example, a tax number not registered to you or your business or lack of import authorization), you will be held liable for all financial losses. This includes loss of goods & expenses from goods being destroyed or held indefinitely.

US - deliveries, Import Fees & Taxes

US orders are subject to import duties. We can pay these for you and upon checking out you can opt for us to pay all taxes for you or the web shop will say taxes are prepaid. You may also need your EIN or other Federal tax number so the goods clear customs. Your EIN must be registered in your or your business name, changes of EIN or business names are up to customs to approve. If you do not have a tax number, then do not order from us, instead email us and ask us for a local stockist.

Delivery guide (these may change). International orders are sent Airmail and occasionally there are significant delays, so we advise to wait 28 days after tracking ceases & no parcel scans before raising raising non delivery. If your order is held by customs, then you must communicate with customs to satisfy any queries before they release your goods. Once goods are released, then delivery is usually within a few days. Delivery won't happen until customs release your goods.
