Royal Mail, claimed my package was delivered, they evan gave a time of delivery! However I have CCTV and a door bell, and could prove NO delivery attempt was made. Very glad I had the insurance.

I am glad you purchased the insurance and after we figured out the courier was not helping enough we sent a replacement under the insurance policy.
